Toshiba came out with G900, new smartphone at 3GSM World Congress 2007 in Barcelona. It comes with a 3-inch WVGA (800 x 400 resolution) touchscreen display, Â 2.0MP shooter, secondary VGA camera, 64MB of built-in memory, a biometric fingerprint scanner, USB connectivity, HSDPA, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth with A2DP support.
