Saturday, November 8th, 2008 | Notebook with No Comments »

Asus G71, the first quad-core notebook

Wednesday, October 8th, 2008 | Laptops, Notebook with No Comments »

Asus introduced the first quad-core notebook in the world. What one may call a laptop for high-end gamers, if they exist for portable gamers low. You can imagine several things before reading the characteristics: it is the best of the best, it can not be “slight” and above all, can not be cheap.

It includes the Core 2 Extreme QX9300 processor from Intel, with up to 4GB of RAM DDR3 memory, graphics NVIDIA 512MB GeForce 9700M and up to 1TB on two 500GB disks.

In the multimedia aspect, we have Bluetooth 2.1 (curiously, one of the few who carried this version), 2-megapixel webcam and even a Blu-ray recorder drive. The truth is that I prefer not to know the price has to be a heart attack.
