After Psystar get your Mac do-it-yourself., Various, OS X, clones, OS X

Ignoring the recent lawsuit brought by Apple against Psystar, a new company called Open Tech said they work to run Mac OS X on their machines, and found a loophole that prevents future legal action by Apple. Unlike Psystar, Open Tech Inc.. not sell their PCs with Mac OS X already installed but will offer its customers a “kit do-it-yourself” used with a copy of Mac OS X purchased separately by the user. There will also be used trademarks owned by Apple and users will not be explicitly recommended installing Mac OS.

In this way, according to the new company, is circumvented a possible conflict with Apple because there are no violations of software license that prohibits the sale of Mac OS X installed on non-Apple hardware.
