This cooling device launched in Tokyo is a new system adopted Hitachi’s world-leading advanced CPU liquid cooling plate and hard drive (HDD) liquid cooling cold plate jointly developed by NEC and Hitachi.

This liquid cooling technology by Hitachi and PC development design technology by NEC reduces the  noise level of desktop PC approximately by 22.4 decibels (dB) to 24.0 dB.
